This includes the processes to organize, manage, and lead the project team. The project team is comprised of the people that are assigned roles and responsibilities for completing the project. The Number and type of project team members can change frequently when the project in progresses. Project team members may also be referred as the staff of project. While the s pecific role and responsibilities for the project team members are assigned, the involvement of all team member in project planning and decision making can be benefi cial. Early involvement and participation of team members adds their expertise during the planning process and strengthen their commitment to the project.
Project Human Resource Management processes as follows:
Develop Human Resource Plan: The process of identifying + documenting project responsibilities, roles, and required skills, reporting relationships, and creating a staffi ng management plan.
Acquire Project Team: The process of confi rming human resource availability and obtaining the team necessary, to complete project assignments.
Develop Project Team: include of improving the competencies, team interaction, and the overalll team environment to enhance project performance.
Manage Project Team : The process of tracking team member performance, resolving issues, providing feedback,and managing changes for optimizing project performance .
The project management team is subset of the project team and is responsible for project management
and leadership activities such as initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the various
project phase. This group also be referred to as the core, executive, or leadership team. For small project, the project management responsibilities may be shared by the entire team or administered solely by the PM (project manager). The project sponsors work with the project management team, typically assisting with matters such as project clarifying scope,funding, monitoring progress, and influencing others in order to benefi t the project.
